I like this Pb Elemental desigend home in NW Seattle at 10039 Densmore Ave N, (the listing says Greenlake but it seems a little north for Greenlake, no?).
I love the sloping roof, that the living space is on the top floor, the indoor/outdoor fireplace, and it sports a bathtub in the shower (don’t know I feel about that trend yet.)
I’m not a fan of how far north it is though. Of course if this were on Capitol Hill it’d probably cost $1.2m.
